started weight loss on 10/27/12

goal one: 130 lbs
goal two: 126 lbs
goal three: 120lbs
goal four: 115 lbs
goal five: 110 lbs
uwg: 100 lbs / 45 kg
I didn’t see a lot of posts with this whole diet laid out, so I went online, found the diet, and made this on Photoshop so it looks all pretty. I’ll do this when I’m done with the abc diet.
